How it works
Rethink owns neither the plant nor the ore. It curates the disclosure and diligence room where mandated asset, technology and capital parties agree to build a project, and keeps an immutable record until the deal closes.
An asset owner registers an orebody, tailings facility or stockpile with its assays. A technology provider registers what its flowsheet treats and recovers. Both are valued at today's prices, and every flowsheet on the platform is ranked against every feedstock for fit.
